Welcome to our Home Page
Leebotwood.org.uk was initially created as a resource for everyone who live, work and visit Leebotwood and the surrounding area.
Of course, if you are merely browsing, you are also welcome!
The web site is part of an on-going project to explore the supportive use of the latest Information and Communication Technology within our rural community and businesses.
This project will be developed by all those wishing to participate who visit Leebotwood's 'Broadplace'. If you have any ideas for inclusion for this site, or would like to help with the project, please contact us via the email address on the 'What's On' page.
See the Broadplace Pages for more details.

What's On
The 'What's On' page now features a link to an 'online' calendar, which will show Village events, the Village Hall time table, and events held at other places around the area.
If there are enough volunteers, we hope to include reviews about entertainment further afield, along with the usual links to other websites and venues.
See the page for more details.

Internet Cafe Evening launches new Broadplace season
Our Broadplace held an 'Internet Cafe' evening recently and the event was well attended. We would like to think that it was due to the help on hand for new computer users, but we suspect it may also have had something to do with the free homemade cakes and biscuits.

Our new season starts on Thursday the 5th February with the first lesson of a short course on 'Using computers for the first time'. If you are interested in attending the course, please contact Malcolm on 01694 751470 for more information or to book a place.
